Mr. Addine has experience working with the Florida Department of Transportation District I, District VI, District VI, and the Florida Turnpike Enterprise as well as with the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority and the Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization.

Mr. Addine has also worked on roadway projects with several municipal and county agencies. He is highly experienced and is currently working as Transportation Project Engineer on projects including Roadway, Signing and Pavement Markings and Signalization.

Typical signalization projects include replacing mast arms, concrete span wires, signal heads, internally illuminated signs, installing controller cabinets, video detection, ground loops, improving pedestrian facilities, and adding turbo lanes. Mr. Addine has experience with the conventional Design-Bid-Build as well as Design-Build procurement process.
