Mr. Sibila has experience in major civil engineering projects, primarily for FDOT District IV and VI, MDX, Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, and Florida's Turnpike Enterprise. He has a unique combination of office and field proficiency and has served as Senior Project Engineer, Project Administrator, Contract Support Specialist, Senior Inspector, Water and Sewer Designer, and Drainage and Roadway Designer.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Degree in 2008 with Summa Cum Laude and class Valedictorian honors and his Master of Science in Civil Engineering Degree in 2011. He is an active Certified General Contractor and acquired a Surveyor-in-Training license in 2013. His range of experience in CEI includes Roadway Construction, Widening, Milling and Resurfacing, Pre-cast Segmental Tunneling, Culvert Installation and Canal Relocation, RRR, Open Road Tolling, Large Diameter Water and Sewer Installations, Pump Stations Installations, Landscaping, Bridge Rehabilitation, Emergency Management, and ITS Contracts. He has been the Engineer of Record on over 15 sets of Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plans and is skilled in permitting, preparation of estimates and schedules, and environmental impact mitigation.

Mr. Sibila has outstanding oral and written skills and is a graduate of the FDOT Construction Academy. He is currently a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Cuban-American Association of Civil Engineers (C-AACE), American Water Works Association (AWWA), and Florida Engineering Society (FES).
