Mr. Sierra graduated (Magna Cum Laude) from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1995. He is member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He has over 24 years of experience in the design of highway, infrastructure facilities, and production management for FDOT projects and several municipalities in South Florida.
He dedicated his first three years providing Microstation, GEOPAK, CAICE, and Plans Preparation technical support to Florida, Illinois, and Mississippi Departments of Transportation.
He is highly experienced, and is currently working as Senior Project Manager, in a wide variety of projects ranging from urban and rural new construction, full reconstruction, resurfacing, 3R, intersection improvements, mobilities, limited access, and water & sewer pipeline projects.
