This Design-Build project entailed the design and construction of a new 2-story – 4,500 Sq. Ft. Spec House, locate at 727 Grouper Lane, Key Largo, Florida. In charge of the Construction, Quality Control and Management of this custom-built home as well as the administration and coordination of all subcontractor activities.
