Ms. Baron-Ruiz has over 10 years of experience working as a Civil Engineer. She is experienced in the design of paving and drainage systems for residential and commercial projects, as well as drainage systems for major Right-of-Way improvements using FDOT, Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and municipal standards. Ms. Baron-Ruiz’s experience also includes RRR and Roadway Reconstruction projects, as well as preparation of Technical Specifications and cost estimates.

Ms. Baron-Ruiz has worked on the design and production of construction plans for drainage, water mains, gravity sewer and force mains. She is proficient in hydraulic modeling of storm water management systems using  HEC-RAS, AdICPR, Cascade and ASAD; and is skilled in ArcGIS, Microstation, Geopak, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office suite. Ms. Baron-Ruiz is also experienced in the acquisition of permits, and permit close-outs from FDOT, Miami-Dade Public Works Department, Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, Miami- Dade DRER, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, South Florida Water Management District, US Army Corps of Engineers, and other permitting agencies and Municipalities in Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe Counties.
